GHPC (01847.HK): Appoints Wang Junjie as Chief Engineer, Term Expiring Upon Completion of the Third Board of Directors

NewTimeSpace News: GHPC(01847.HK) issued an announcement on 16 July 2026. At the Board meeting held on the same date, Mr. Wang Junjie was appointed Chief Engineer of the Company. His term of office commences on 16 July 2026 and ends upon the expiry date of the third Board of Directors, and he is eligible for reappointment.

Mr. Wang Junjie, aged 40, joined the Company in January 2017 and currently serves as Manager of the Quality & Technology Management Centre (Central Laboratory). He previously held positions including Chief Engineer of branch companies and Director of the Central Laboratory. Prior to joining the Group, he worked at Yunnan Construction Engineering Concrete, Yunnan Construction Engineering Group and Zhaotong Ready-mix Concrete Branch of Yunnan Construction Investment.

Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology and a Master of Engineering in Materials Engineering from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology. He is a Senior Engineer (Building Materials) and has been awarded titles such as Outstanding Concrete Engineer and Young Backbone of Technological Innovation. He has participated in multiple key scientific research projects and obtained 3 invention patents and 9 utility model patents in total.
