NewTimeSpace News: FANTASIA (01777.HK) announced that the restructuring condition requiring regulatory approval from the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has been satisfied on 16 July 2026. The Company has designated 30 July 2026 as the restructuring effective date, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of all remaining restructuring conditions in accordance with the terms of the schemes.

NewTimeSpace News: FANTASIA (01777.HK) released an inside information announcement on 16 July 2026. Condition (d)(i) of the restructuring requiring the application for and obtaining of regulatory approval from the National Development and Reform Commission has been fulfilled on 16 July 2026. Accordingly, the Company has designated 30 July 2026 as the effective date of the restructuring, which is conditional upon the satisfaction or waiver of all other restructuring conditions pursuant to the terms of the respective schemes.
