Beijing Enterprises Holdings (00392.HK): Proposed Issuance of Sci-Tech Innovation Corporate Bonds Capped at RMB 1 Billion

NewTimeSpace News: Beijing Enterprises Holdings announced on 15 July that the Company plans to launch the 1st tranche of its 2026 public offering of sci-tech innovation corporate bonds targeted at professional investors in mainland China, with an issuance scale not exceeding RMB 1 billion.

NewTimeSpace News: On 15 July 2026, Beijing Enterprises Holdings (00392.HK) issued an announcement that the Company intends to issue the 1st tranche of 2026 public sci-tech innovation corporate bonds for professional investors within mainland China, which will be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The total issuance size of this bond tranche shall not exceed RMB 1 billion. Tranche 1 carries a tenor of 5 years while Tranche 2 has a tenor of 10 years. The coupon rate will be determined through negotiation based on the bookbuilding results.
