Fosun Pharmaceutical (02196.HK): Injection FXR0906 Approved for Clinical Trials

NewTimeSpace News: Fosun Pharmaceutical announced on 15 July that its controlling subsidiary Fosun Pharmaceutical Industrial Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has obtained approval from the NMPA to carry out clinical trials of Injection FXR0906 for the treatment of hypertriglyceridemia.

NewTimeSpace News: On 15 July 2026,Fosun Pharmaceutical(02196.HK) issued an announcement that its controlling subsidiaryFosun Pharmaceutical(Shenzhen) has received an approval reply from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), greenlighting clinical trials of Injection FXR0906 for hypertriglyceridemia.

FXR0906 is a liver-targeted siRNA therapeutic licensed in by Fosun Pharma. It suppresses the expression of the APOC3 gene via RNA interference technology to reduce serum triglyceride levels. The Group holds exclusive rights to research, develop, register, manufacture and commercialize the drug in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao.
