NewTimeSpace News: On 13 July 2026, CIRCUIT FABOLOGY MICROELECTRONICS EQUIPMENT(09630.HK) issued an announcement that the global coordinator fully exercised the over-allotment option as stated in the prospectus on 10 July 2026. The option covers a total of 1,925,750 H Shares, accounting for roughly 15.0% of the initial offer shares available for subscription under the global offering.

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has granted approval for the listing and trading of the over-allotment shares, which are expected to commence trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on 15 July 2026.
