ESTUN (02715.HK): Zhou Ailin Elected as Employee Representative Director of the 6th Board

NewTimeSpace News: ESTUN (02715.HK) released an overseas regulatory announcement on 9 July 2026. The term of office of the 5th Board of Directors expired. To ensure normal operation of the Board, in accordance with the Company Law and Articles of Association, the Company held an employee representative congress on 9 July 2026. Through democratic election by participating representatives, Mr Zhou Ailin was unanimously elected as employee representative director of the 6th Board of Directors. He will form the 6th Board together with eight non-employee representative directors elected by the shareholders’ general meeting.

Born in 1973, Mr Zhou holds a bachelor’s degree. During his tenure with the Company and its subsidiaries, he has served as Manager of Servo Division and General Manager of Sales Department of Estun Automation Control. He currently serves as Employee Representative Director, Deputy General Manager and Chairman of the Trade Union. As at the date of the announcement, Mr Zhou holds 224,500 shares directly and an additional 40,000 shares indirectly through the employee shareholding plan.
