DONGJIANG ENV(00895.HK): Subsidiary Daxiang Logistics Wins Zhongnan Steel Road Transportation Tender Worth Approximately RMB18.49 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On 9 July 2026, Dongjiang Environmental Company Limited (00895.HK) issued an announcement. Guangdong Daxiang Logistics Technology Co., Ltd., the Company’s subsidiary, received a Letter of Award from Shanghai Ouye Logistics Co., Ltd., confirming its successful bid for the “Dongguan, Guangdong” package under the “2026–2027 Zhongnan Steel Finished Steel Direct Road Distribution Project Phase 2”. The awarded contract value stands at RMB18,491,263.84 (inclusive of VAT). Both parties recently executed the Steel Finished Products Direct Road Distribution Contract, effective from 9 July 2026 until 30 June 2027.

The winning tender falls within the scope of previously approved connected transactions, under which Daxiang Logistics was authorised to participate in tenders with a cap of RMB30 million. The arrangement has been approved at meetings of the Board of Directors and independent non-executive directors. Cargoes to be transported include bar and wire rod products, industrial wire rods, steel plates, special steel products and steel billets via road transportation; consideration will be settled based on actual shipment volumes. The Company also disclosed that Daxiang Logistics was unsuccessful in its earlier bid for the main “2026–2027 Zhongnan Steel Finished Steel Direct Road Distribution Project”.
