SH ELECTRIC(02727.HK): Lists Minhang Real Estate for Transfer at Approximately RMB135 Million

NewTimeSpace News: Shanghai Electric Group Company Limited (02727.HK) issued an announcement. The Group completed the third round of public listing via Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange for the transfer of its owned real estate and supporting facilities at No.188 Linchun Road, Minhang District, Shanghai. Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial Zone Industrial Co., Ltd. was confirmed as the ultimate transferee at a transaction price of RMB134,921,781. No potential investors were recruited in the previous two listings, and the listing price for the third round represented a 10% discount compared with the second round.

Both parties have executed the Property Rights Transaction Contract. Joint completion of title transfer registration procedures will be conducted within 30 working days upon full settlement of the transaction consideration by the transferee. Established in 1998, Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial Zone Industrial Co., Ltd. boasts registered capital of RMB500 million, mainly engaged in self-owned property leasing. It recorded net assets of RMB592 million as at end-2025 and operating revenue of RMB67.0199 million for 2025. The Group maintains no property, asset, non-operating creditor-debt or personnel-related connections with the transferee.
