ES Group (Holdings) Limited: Completes Disposal of Vessel "ES Jewel"

NewTimeSpace News: ES Group announced on 8 July that the handover of vessel "ES Jewel" sold by its wholly-owned subsidiary ES Jewel Pte. Ltd. was completed on 7 July. The balance payment of USD 5.04 million (approximately SGD 6.47 million) was received on 8 July, marking the full completion of the disposal.

NewTimeSpace News: On 8 July 2026, ES Group (Holdings) Limited issued an announcement that the handover of vessel "ES Jewel" disposed of by its wholly-owned subsidiary ES Jewel Pte. Ltd. took place on 7 July. The balance payment accounting for 90% of the consideration, amounting to USD 5,040,000 (equivalent to approximately SGD 6,471,864), was received on 8 July, and the disposal has been fully completed in accordance with the agreed terms.

Previously, the general mandate for the vessel disposal was approved at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held by the Company on 29 April 2026, and an announcement in relation to the disposal was released on 26 May.
