Following the share increase, Dr. Liu’s shareholding has climbed from around 25.48% to roughly 26.02%, and he remains the single largest shareholder of the Company.

With firm confidence in the Group’s future development prospects and recognition of its long-term investment value, Dr. Liu Zhiwei has recently acquired a total of 55,426,500 shares through on-market transactions, accounting for about 0.54% of the total issued share capital.
Immediately prior to the share acquisition, Dr. Liu was deemed to hold 2,625,788,940 shares, equivalent to approximately 25.48% of the total issued shares. After the increase, he holds 2,681,215,440 shares, representing around 26.02% of the total issued shares, and continues to act as the Company’s single largest and substantial shareholder.
Dr. Liu stated that he does not rule out further increasing his equity holdings at an appropriate time in the future, subject to market conditions and compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
