Elite UK REIT: Disposes Four Properties in Wales for £6 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On July 3, 2026, Elite UK REIT issued an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiaries have sold four properties situated in Wales to an independent third party at a selling price of £6 million, compared with their current book valuation of £5.3 million. The properties are currently tenanted by the UK Department for Work and Pensions.

The Company stated that net proceeds from the disposal will be redeployed into high-quality assets or high-growth investment opportunities. The disposal is not expected to have a material impact on the net asset value per unit for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
