CHINA VANKE(02202.HK): Appoints Huang Yu as President

NewTimeSpace News: China Vanke Co.,Ltd. (02202.HK) issued an announcement dated 2 July 2026. Upon nomination by the Company’s Chairman and approval at the 36th meeting of the 20th Board of Directors, the Board resolved to appoint Mr. Huang Yu as the Company’s President. His term shall take effect from the date of the Board’s review and approval and last until the expiry of the term of the 20th Board of Directors.

Mr. Huang Yu, born in 1974, holds a Doctor of Management degree and is a Senior Accountant. He obtained a Bachelor of Economics from Xiamen University in 1994, a Master of Business Administration from Tongji University in 2004, and a Doctor of Management from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 2022. From March 2017 to February 2024, he successively served as Chief Accountant, Deputy General Manager and Member of the Party Committee of Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. From February 2024 to June 2026, he worked as Deputy Director of the Office of the Financial Work Committee of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Deputy Director of Shenzhen Local Financial Administration Bureau.
