FriendTimes (06820.HK): Controlling Shareholder Purchases 1.23 Million Shares, Stake Rises to 57.43%

NewTimeSpace News: On July 2, FriendTimes announced that Jiang Xiaohuang, the Company’s controlling shareholder and Chairman of the Board, acquired 1.23 million shares of the Company through his shareholding vehicle on June 30, representing 0.06% of the total issued share capital.

NewTimeSpace News: On July 2, 2026, FriendTimes (06820.HK) issued a voluntary announcement. Warm Sunshine, an entity under controlling shareholder Jiang Xiaohuang, bought 1.23 million Company shares on the secondary market on June 30.

Following the transaction, shares held by Warm Sunshine increased from approximately 196 million to around 197 million. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Jiang Xiaohuang rose to 1.2525 billion, equivalent to a shareholding ratio of 57.43%.
