(06820.HK) announced that Mr. Jiang Xiaohuang, controlling shareholder, executive Director and Chairman of the Board, purchased 792,000 shares on the open market on 29 June 2026 via Warm Sunshine Holdings Limited, representing approximately 0.04% of the total issued share capital. Following the acquisition, Mr. Jiang’s shareholding increased from 57.34% to 57.38%.

Mr. Jiang Xiaohuang, the Company’s controlling shareholder, executive Director and Chairman of the Board, acquired 792,000 shares on the open market on 29 June 2026 through Warm Sunshine Holdings Limited, accounting for around 0.04% of the total issued share capital.
Immediately after the share acquisition, the number of shares held by Warm Sunshine rose from 195,064,000 to 195,856,000. The number of shares in which Mr. Jiang is interested increased from 1,250,486,157 to 1,251,278,157, equivalent to approximately 57.38% of the total issued share capital.
The Board is of the view that the share acquisition demonstrates the controlling shareholder’s full confidence in the long-term development and prospects of the Company. After the additional share purchase, the Company still maintains sufficient public float, and the transaction does not trigger any mandatory general offer obligation.
