The aggregate amount of their share acquisitions over the past six months totals around HK$900 million.

Out of strong confidence in the Company’s future development, Mr. Zhu Jiangming (Shareholder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer) and Mr. Fu Liquan (Shareholder) have jointly acquired 4,814,200 H Shares of the Company through market transactions recently, with an average transaction price of roughly HK$35.86 per share.
Immediately following this share acquisition, the Single Largest Shareholder Group comprising Mr. Zhu Jiangming and Mr. Fu Liquan holds an aggregate of 227,616,838 H Shares and 128,517,839 domestic shares of the Company, representing 25.05% of the Company’s total issued share capital. Over the past six months, the total capital deployed by Mr. Zhu Jiangming and Mr. Fu Liquan for share purchases amounts to approximately HK$900 million.
