NewTimeSpace News: On June 30, 2026, Ocuvitas Therapeutics(01477.HK) issued an announcement stating that Mr. Yuen Tim Si resigned from the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative due to personal reasons, effective June 30, 2026. Following his resignation, the Group’s financial matters will continue to be managed by the finance team led by the Finance Director.

Subsequent to Mr. Yuen’s resignation, Ms. Chen Tingchan, currently Joint Company Secretary, will be appointed as the Company’s sole Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, effective June 30, 2026.
