NewTimeSpace News: Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited (02382.HK) announced that Mr. Ma Jianfeng has tendered his resignation as Vice President and Joint Company Secretary of the Company, effective 1 July 2026, to devote more time to personal matters. Ms. Wong Pui Ling, the other Joint Company Secretary, will remain in office and act as the sole Company Secretary.

Mr. Ma has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board of Directors.
Upon Mr. Ma’s resignation, Ms. Wong Pui Ling (qualified under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules), the other Joint Company Secretary, will stay on and serve as the sole Company Secretary of the Company.
