Sunny Optical Technology (02382.HK): Plans Further RMB 500 Million Capital Injection into Goertek Optics, Stake to Rise to 33.27%

NewTimeSpace News: On June 25, 2026, Sunny Optical Technology (02382.HK) issued an inside information announcement, disclosing that its board of directors passed a resolution on June 18, 2026. Subject to relevant shareholder approvals obtained at the general meeting of GoerTek Inc. held on June 25, 2026, Ningbo Aolai (its subsidiary) and GoerTek Inc., as subscribers, will enter into a subscription agreement with Goertek Optics. Each party will inject RMB 500 million into Goertek Optics to subscribe for RMB 109.76 million of newly increased registered capital of Goertek Optics respectively.

Upon completion of this additional subscription, the registered capital of Goertek Optics will increase from approximately RMB 1.710 billion to around RMB 1.930 billion. The shareholding percentage of Ningbo Aolai will rise from 31.12% to 33.27%, remaining the second-largest shareholder of Goertek Optics; meanwhile, GoerTek Inc.’s shareholding will climb to 39.67%, retaining its position as the largest shareholder.
