REGENT PACIFIC(00575.HK): Deep Longevity Blood Biological Age Model Proven to Predict Mortality and Hospitalisation Risks in Research

The model calculates biological age gap via routine blood test results, and such gap serves as an independent predictor of long-term mortality and hospitalisation risks. Each one-year rise in biological age gap corresponds to a 15% higher mortality risk and a 6% higher hospitalisation rate.
NewTimeSpace News: Regent Pacific Group Limited (00575.HK) released a voluntary operational update announcement on 30 June 2026, disclosing research findings of BloodAge model developed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Deep Longevity.
The study was published inAging and Disease. It adopted data from the advanced screening programme of Sheba Medical Center in Israel, tracking 2,597 adults aged 21 to 92 years with a median follow-up period of 9.2 years, accumulating approximately 23,892 person-years of observational data. Researchers applied the BloodAge model under Deep Longevity’s SenoClock platform to estimate the biological age of each participant based on 36 routine blood biomarkers.
Study findings show that after adjusting for factors including gender, chronological age and body mass index, every one-year increase in biological age gap raises mortality risk by 15% and hospitalisation rate by 6%. Participants whose biological age exceeded their chronological age by 3 years or above recorded a cumulative mortality rate of 23.0%, compared with merely 8.7% for those below this threshold.
The BloodAge model is a modular ensemble system composed of 21 deep neural networks, trained on over 60,000 blood biochemistry and complete blood count samples. Researchers noted that this approach only utilises blood test data collected under routine clinical care without reliance on costly examinations such as DNA methylation, making it easier for widespread clinical adoption.
