NewTimeSpace News: On June 29, 2026, Wuling Motors (00305.HK) issued an announcement stating that Mr. Wei Mingfeng has tendered his resignation as Executive Director to allocate more time for his duties in other management positions at Guangxi Automobile Group, the Company’s controlling shareholder, with the resignation taking effect on June 29, 2026.

On the same date, Mr. Song Wei was appointed as an Executive Director.
