VPOWER GROUP (01608.HK): Further adjournment of winding-up petition hearings to 4 November
NewTimeSpace News: On 26 August 2026, VPOWER Group International Holdings Limited (stock code: 01608) announced that, pursuant to a joint application by the Company and VPOWER Group Holdings together with the petitioner, the court on 25 August 2026 vacated the hearings of the winding-up petitions originally scheduled for 26 August 2026 and further adjourned the hearings to 4 November 2026.
The announcement stated that CRRC Hong Kong Capital Management Co., Ltd. presented winding-up petitions against the Company and VPOWER Group Holdings Limited (an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on 28 November 2025, with the hearings having been adjourned on multiple previous occasions. The Company will make further announcements in respect of the petitions and the adjourned hearings in accordance with the Listing Rules and applicable laws in due course.
