NewTimeSpace News: On June 25, 2026,Seyond Holdings Ltd.(02665.HK) issued a voluntary announcement stating that the company has received voluntary commitment letters from Honour Key Limited and Glory Summer Worldwide Limited.

Pursuant to the commitments, the two shareholders shall not sell their respective shareholdings through secondary market bidding transactions at a price lower than HK$10 per share for the period commencing on June 25, 2026 and ending on December 9, 2026. As at the date of the announcement, the two shareholders collectively hold 148,132,947 shares of the company, representing approximately 11.33% of the total issued shares.
