NewTimeSpace News: Seeyond Holdings Ltd. (02665.HK) released a voluntary announcement on 4 August 2026. Its wholly‑owned subsidiary Seeyond Suzhou has entered into a memorandum of strategic cooperation with Plus.ai.

Under the memorandum, guided by long‑term strategic collaboration, both sides will give full play to Plus.ai’s strengths in commercial‑vehicle autonomous‑driving system R&D and AI algorithms, as well as the Group’s advantages in high‑performance LiDAR and 3D perception technology. They will jointly advance intelligent upgrading for trunk‑line logistics, autonomous freight and smart‑logistics infrastructure, and accelerate the large‑scale implementation of physical‑AI technology within the freight‑logistics industry. The memorandum is valid for three years.

The three key cooperation areas cover: L4‑level autonomous freight and RoboVan — Seeyond Suzhou will act as a core strategic perception‑solution partner for Plus.ai, supplying high‑performance LiDAR products and 3D perception solutions for autonomous heavy‑duty trucks and RoboVans; physical AI and data application — both parties will jointly explore the training and optimisation of large autonomous‑driving models for freight scenarios; smart logistics infrastructure — exploring innovative applications of LiDAR‑based 3D‑perception technology in logistics parks, freight terminals, intelligent warehouses and other scenarios.

Plus.ai specialises in the R&D of autonomous‑driving systems for commercial vehicles, and continuously drives L4‑technology iteration leveraging data accumulated from real‑world operations of its L2+ products.
