NewTimeSpace News: On June 23, 2026,Virtual Mind Holding(01520.HK) issued a voluntary announcement stating that the company entered into an investment letter of intent with Shenzhen Xiaowan Sports & Culture Co., Limited on June 10, 2026. The Group intends to invest RMB 3 million in the target through a capital increase, securing an equity interest of no less than 34% after completion of the investment. The raised funds will be exclusively used for the operation of the Hunanese football community within the Greater Bay Area, creation of Huxiang cultural IP, industrial matchmaking for Hunan business communities, and daily operational expenses of the target company.

According toVirtual Mind Holding, this investment is intended to localise its sports IP development, jointly build an exclusive sports IP for Hunan residents in the Greater Bay Area, and generate scale synergy with the Group’s existing sports IP portfolio. The letter of intent is not legally binding at present. A formal investment agreement will be executed upon completion of subsequent due diligence.
