VIRTUAL MIND (01520.HK): signs strategic cooperation LOI with OZBeat AI on AIGC and AI digital staff

NewTimeSpace News: On 9 October 2026, Virtual Mind Holding Company Limited (stock code: 01520) announced on a voluntary basis that the Group has formally signed a strategic cooperation letter of intent with OZBeat AI Group PTY LTD ("OZBeat AI"), an Australian artificial intelligence technology company. The two parties intend to carry out strategic cooperation in areas including artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC), AI content identity and digital copyright infrastructure, AI digital employee systems, and creator services and the commercialization ecosystem, and to explore integrating the relevant technologies and applications into the Group's digital platform and future artificial intelligence business ecosystem.

The announcement said the intended cooperation covers three areas: first, exploring the application of the ISRC-AAM-CID AI music identification and disclosure framework promoted by the Australian AI Music Alliance and OZBeat AI to the Group's digital content ecosystem, providing foundational support for AI-generated music and related digital content in areas such as work identification, AI participation disclosure, provenance records and digital content binding, with the "ISRC-AAM-CID 2.0 Discussion Draft" released in August 2026; second, cooperating around OZBeat AI's OZStaff AI artificial intelligence employee system to explore the application of AI digital employees in scenarios such as content creation, brand operations, digital marketing, customer service, process automation, creator services and real-industry sectors; and third, building a service chain covering creation, identification, display, trading and commercialization around AI music, short videos, digital humans, creator tools and related digital content. OZBeat AI is an Australian AI technology company focusing on AI application deployment, AI digital employees, AIGC, creator technology and digital content infrastructure, and is currently a Full Member of Digital Data Exchange (DDEX).

The letter of intent primarily records the two parties' current strategic cooperation directions and intentions. Unless otherwise expressly provided therein, the specific scope of cooperation, implementation arrangements, technical integration, business model, service content, rights and obligations, investment amount (if any) and timetable remain subject to further negotiation, with formal agreements to be signed separately as appropriate.
