NewTimeSpace News: On June 23, 2026, Shengyang Investment (00174.HK) issued an announcement stating that all conditions set out under the subscription agreement have been satisfied and the subscription has been consummated. The company issued an aggregate of 95,335,500 subscription shares to the subscriber at a price of HK$0.18 per share.

Net proceeds from the placing amount to roughly HK$16.8 million. Around HK$2 million is intended for general working capital purposes, while the remaining portion will be allocated to capital expenditure for the Group’s existing investment properties in the United States and Hong Kong.
