NewTimeSpace News: On 23 June 2026, Ling Yue Services Group Limited (02165.HK) issued an announcement stating that the Company was not the successful bidder for the land parcel sold by the Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources of Xindu District, Chengdu City. The bid deposit amounting to RMB427,900 has been fully refunded to the Company without interest and any deductions.
The Company previously announced on 22 June 2026 its plan to acquire the land use right of the aforesaid land parcel via public tender. The Company stated that it will continue to identify investment opportunities to generate potential investment income and deliver better financial returns for the Company and its shareholders.
