LING YUE SER GP(02165.HK) Proposes to Tender for Residential Land Plot in Xindu District, Chengdu with Starting Price of Approximately RMB214 Million

NewTimeSpace News: Ling Yue Services Group Limited (02165.HK) released an announcement on 22 June 2026 disclosing the proposed acquisition of a land parcel in Xindu District, Chengdu, Sichuan via public tender.

As set out in the announcement, the land is situated at Group 3 (formerly Group 4), Huayuan Community, Sanhe Sub-district, Xindu District, Sichuan Province, PRC, with a total site area of 25,022.15 square metres. It is zoned as Class II urban residential land with a land grant term of 70 years and a mandatory comprehensive floor area ratio between 1.0 and 1.5. The tax-exclusive starting tender price for the proposed land acquisition is RMB214 million. The Company will pay a tender deposit of RMB42.79 million, which will be deducted from the final winning bid amount if the tender is successful.

The Group stated that the plot enjoys a prime location within Xindu District, boasting convenient transportation and complete supporting amenities. Should the tender be awarded, the Group intends to develop the site into commercial-residential properties for subsequent sale in the market. The Group already operates property management services within Xindu and has accumulated a stable customer base, laying solid customer resource support for the property development project.
