Far East Horizon (03360.HK): Update of US$4 Billion Medium-Term Note and Perpetual Securities Programme

NewTimeSpace News: Far East Horizon disclosed in a voluntary announcement dated June 18 that the Company has updated its medium-term note and perpetual securities programme, under which notes and/or perpetual securities with an aggregate outstanding principal amount of up to US$4 billion may be issued. UBS has been appointed as the arranger.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 18, 2026, Far East Horizon (03360.HK) issued a voluntary announcement stating that the Company has updated its medium-term note and perpetual securities programme on the same date. Under this programme, the Company may offer and issue a series of notes and/or perpetual securities with an aggregate outstanding principal amount capped at US$4 billion (or equivalent amounts denominated in other currencies) at any time. The Company has appointed UBS as the arranger for the updated programme.

The Company currently intends to apply the net proceeds from each issuance for working capital and general corporate purposes. Subject to obtaining relevant approvals, such proceeds may also be advanced to its subsidiaries in mainland China via intercompany loans.
