Artini Holdings (00789.HK): Profit Warning, Expected Swing to Annual Net Loss of HK$9.6 Million to HK$10 Million

Based on a preliminary review of the Group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts for the current year and information available to the Board of Directors, the Group expects to record an unaudited consolidated net loss of roughly HK$9.6 million to HK$10 million for the year ended 31 March 2026, against a net profit of around HK$7.6 million for the corresponding period of last year.

The Board attributes the turnaround from profit to loss primarily to reduced gains generated from the deregistration of subsidiaries, recognition of an impairment loss of approximately HK$6.5 million on trademarks during the year, and a drop in the overall gross profit margin from about 22.7% in the prior year to roughly 16.8% in the current year.
