MicroPort MedBot (02252.HK) Toumo Global Commercial Orders Exceed 300 Units, H1 New Orders Surpass Full-Year 2025

Newtimespace.com reports: Shanghai MicroPort MedBot (Group) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2252) announced that, according to the Company's preliminary internal statistics, as of the date of this announcement, the comprehensive order volume of the Group's core products including endoscopic, orthopedic, and vascular interventional products has accumulated to nearly 400 units. Among them, global commercial orders for the Group's core product Toumo endoscopic surgical robot have exceeded 300 units, with new orders in the first half of the year already surpassing the total for the entire previous year. The third 100-unit milestone was achieved in just over 120 days, compared to nearly 1,000 days for the first 100-unit milestone.

As of the announcement date, Toumo has achieved commercial installation applications in over 60 countries and regions, with brand influence ranking among the top two globally. Since the beginning of the year, Toumo has entered more than ten new countries or markets including Saudi Arabia and South Korea, while over 40 countries have obtained market access. In emerging markets, cumulative orders in India have exceeded 30 units, with nearly 20 units each secured in Brazil and Argentina. Toumo has assisted in completing over half of all endoscopic surgical robot remote surgeries globally, covering nearly 30 countries with a continued 100% success rate; the farthest surgery distance reached 18,900 kilometers. Recently, Toumo assisted an internationally renowned robotic surgery expert in successfully performing the world's first robotic remote surgery based on the Starlink low-orbit satellite communication network. The annual production capacity for Toumo and other surgical robot products has exceeded 500 units.
