InnoTek Establishes Thai Subsidiary and Secures First Liquid Cooling Project to Expand AI Server Infrastructure Business

NewTimeSpace News: InnoTek announced on June 15 that it has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Thailand with a paid-in capital of 100 million Thai baht (approximately 3.9 million Singapore dollars), which will manufacture liquid cooling components for AI servers.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 15, 2026, InnoTek Limited announced the establishment of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mansfield Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd., in Chon Buri, Thailand. With a paid-in capital of 100 million Thai baht, the new entity will focus on precision CNC machining of liquid cooling components and is expected to commence production in August 2026.

InnoTek stated that the group has won its first liquid cooling component project from a well-known industry player. Mass production is scheduled to kick off gradually starting from October, with total capital expenditure for the project standing at around 7.5 million Singapore dollars.
