As disclosed in the announcement, the project is located in South Mumbai. It is a single tower standing around 300 meters high with a gross floor area of approximately 192,000 square meters. The scope of works covers civil and structural engineering. The estimated revenue stands at AUD 132 million, and construction is set to start in July 2026.
