NewTimeSpace News: Shenzhen Minieye Technology Co., Ltd (02431.HK) announced that it has recently officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen LDROBOT Co., Ltd (01236.HK). The two parties will conduct in-depth collaboration in the fields of physical AI and embodied intelligence, jointly research and develop world models for general physical intelligence, and synergistically develop hardware-software integrated solutions for physical AI application scenarios.

NewTimeSpace News: Shenzhen Minieye Technology Co., Ltd (02431.HK) issued a voluntary announcement on June 11, 2026, stating that the company has recently officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen LDROBOT Co., Ltd (01236.HK). The two parties will carry out in-depth collaboration around physical AI and embodied intelligence, jointly develop cross-scenario physical AI solutions, and collectively expand the scenario boundaries of mobile robots.

Pursuant to the cooperation agreement, the two parties will jointly build a physical AI technology base and develop world models for general physical intelligence; jointly establish a full-scenario physical AI product matrix, synergistically develop hardware-software integrated solutions, open up the last-mile delivery scenario, and jointly launch robot products centered on "emotional value"; promote scenario implementation and commercialization synergy, building benchmark demonstration projects in cities such as Shenzhen and Changsha; and simultaneously carry out data and resource synergy to establish a cross-platform unified data closed loop. The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement in the physical AI sector is hereby disclosed.
