NewTimeSpace (newtimespace.com) News,on June 5, 2026, UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880.HK) surged during intraday trading before pulling back, with its intraday gain once exceeding 4%, ultimately closing down 0.09%.

On the news front, a brand under UBTECH ROBOTICS recently announced that the world's first full-size, ultra-biomimetic humanoid robot has initiated pre-sales on JD.com. As of press time, the platform indicates that 1,243 units of this robot model have been ordered within 3 days, and more than 150,000 people in Beijing alone have browsed the product over the past 3 days.

UBTECH ROBOTICS officials stated that the pre-sale requires a deposit of RMB 3,000, and the pre-sale period will close on July 15. Currently, UBTECH ROBOTICS has only disclosed the product's dimensions, weight, and core parameters. The height and weight of the male and female robot models are 183 cm and 42 kg, and 168 cm and 35.2 kg, respectively. Both models feature 88 degrees of freedom (DoF) across the entire body, are positioned for emotional companionship and home interaction, and possess a battery life of 2 to 4 hours.

Everbright Securities pointed out that the robotics industry is transitioning from being theme-driven into its "first year of mass production" and a period of performance realization. Tesla's Optimus V3 is expected to go into production in the second half of 2026, and XPeng has also made it clear that it will achieve mass production by the end of the year. The industry has officially entered a stage of "focusing on orders and production capacity."

UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880.HK) Focuses on humanoid robot complete machine R&D, full-stack motion control algorithms, and commercial deployment across industrial and logistics scenarios. Its core product, the Walker S series humanoid robot, has deeply integrated into the final assembly lines of multiple leading NEV manufacturers, executing on-site operations such as the flexible handling of automotive components, precision assembly, and intelligent quality inspection. The company pioneers the leap from laboratory prototypes to real-world industrial automation and mass production applications, holding immense technological scarcity and a definitive premium as a pure-play robotics asset.
