Ascent Bridge Completes Disposal of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary MTBL Cultural Centre

NewTimeSpace News: On May 30, 2026, Singapore-listed company Ascent Bridge Limited issued an announcement stating that pursuant to the agreements previously disclosed on April 2 and April 16, 2026, the company has finalized the sale transaction of its wholly-owned subsidiary MTBL Cultural Centre Pte. Ltd., with the settlement taking place on May 29, 2026. Upon completion of the disposal, MTBL CC ceases to be a subsidiary of the Company.
