Aspial Lifestyle completes private placement of 149.254 million shares, oversubscribed more than twice

NewTimeSpace News: Aspial Lifestyle announced on May 25 that it has privately placed 149.254 million shares at SGD 0.402 apiece, with subscription volume exceeding twice the offering size. The placed shares will be listed and traded on the main board of Singapore Exchange on May 25, 2026.

NewTimeSpace News: On May 25, 2026, Aspial Lifestyle stated it has completed the private placement of 149.254 million shares at the price of SGD 0.402 per share. The shares will be credited to subscribers' securities accounts before 9 a.m. on the same day and commence trading on SGX Mainboard accordingly.

The placement saw oversubscription of more than twice. Upon completion, the company's total share capital rose from approximately 1.851 billion shares to around 2.001 billion shares.
