Aspial Lifestyle: Wholly-Owned Subsidiary to Acquire 100% of ION World and Two Other Companies

NewTimeSpace News: On April 7, 2026, Aspial Lifestyle issued an update announcement stating that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Maxi Cash (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., has received acceptances to the offer from all six remaining target shareholders. As a result, the purchaser will hold 100% of the Target Group upon completion of the acquisition.

According to the announcement, the Target Group comprises ION World Sdn. Bhd., Kedai Emas ION Sdn. Bhd., and Focus Resources Sdn. Bhd. The acquisition is expected to be completed by August 5, 2026, or such other extended period as may be mutually agreed.
