DT CAPITAL (00356.HK) plans to issue in total 285.7 million shares by subscription, with estimated net proceeds of HKD 13.9 million

According to the agreement, the subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe for in total 285.7 million shares subscription, which represent approximately 10.45% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, and approximately 9.46% after the subscription.
The subscription price per share is HK cents 4.9, at a discount of approximately 14.04% to the closing price of HK cents 5.7 per share on the HKEX on the date of the subscription agreement. The total proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be about HKD 14 million. After deducting the subscription commission, professional fees, and all related expenses that the company may incur, the net proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be approximately HKD 13.9 million.
