MoneyMax Issues S$30 Million 5.00% Fixed Rate Notes, Listing Scheduled for May 22

NewTimeSpace News: MoneyMax announced on May 21 that its wholly-owned subsidiary MoneyMax Treasure has issued S$30 million 5.00% fixed rate notes. These notes will be consolidated with its previously issued S$100 million similar notes into one series, and are expected to be listed on the Singapore Exchange on May 22, 2026.

NewTimeSpace News: On May 21, 2026, MoneyMax announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary MoneyMax Treasure has issued S$30 million 5.00% fixed rate notes under its S$500 million multi-currency medium term note programme, with unconditional and irrevocable guarantees provided by the Company.

The newly issued Series 001 Tranche 003 notes will be consolidated with the S$70 million and S$30 million 5.00% fixed rate notes issued on 30 October and 10 November 2025 respectively, forming a single series with an aggregate size of S$130 million. DBS Bank acts as the sole global coordinator, lead underwriter and bookrunner for this issuance. The notes have obtained in-principle listing approval from SGX and are set for official listing on May 22, 2026.
