According to the announcement, the two series of digital security tokens issued this time are in the form of unsecured commercial papers, with the specific details as follows: the Series 003 Notes bear an annual coupon rate of 3.85% and mature three months after the issuance date; the Series 004 Notes bear an annual coupon rate of 4.25% and mature 364 days after the issuance date. Both series of tokens are listed and traded on ADDX, the Singapore Digital Securities Exchange.

In terms of fundraising scale, the announcement specified that the issuer expects to raise between SGD 50 million and SGD 80 million from the Series 003 Notes and between SGD 20 million and SGD 50 million from the Series 004 Notes, with a total maximum fundraising scale of up to SGD 130 million.
