HUANXI MEDIA (01003.HK) plans to issue in total 731.29 million shares by subscription, with estimated net proceeds of HKD 200.3 million

According to the agreement, the subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe for in total 731.29 million shares subscription, which represent approximately 16.68% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, and approximately 14.3% after the subscription.
The subscription price per share is HKD 0.275. The total proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be about HKD 201.11 million. After deducting the subscription commission, professional fees, and all related expenses that the company may incur, the net proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be approximately HKD 200.3 million.
