Greentown China(03900.HK): Issues US$300 Million Senior Notes with a Coupon Rate of 7.00%

NewTimeSpace News: Greentown China disclosed via announcement on May 13 that the Company entered into a subscription agreement on May 12, 2026 with Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Guotai Junan International, JPMorgan Chase, Soochow Securities (Hong Kong) and UBS, for the issuance of 7.00% senior notes due 2029 with an aggregate principal amount of US$300 million.

NewTimeSpace News: On May 13, 2026, Greentown China(03900.HK) announced that on May 12, 2026, the Company, together with its subsidiary guarantors, entered into a subscription agreement with a number of financial institutions to issue senior notes due 2029 with an aggregate principal amount of US$300 million and an annual interest rate of 7.00%.

According to the announcement, the issue price is 98.548% of the principal amount, raising gross proceeds of approximately US$295.6 million. The net proceeds, after deducting subscription discounts, commissions and other expenses, are intended for refinancing existing indebtedness. The issuance of the notes is expected to be completed on May 19, 2026.
