Suspected of violating information disclosure regulations in relation to shareholding changes, the two individuals are placed under official investigation. The Company learned that Mr. Ye Xiaoping and Ms. Cao Xiaochuan, Directors and Controlling Shareholders, received case filing notices issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
