New Timespace News: Riverine China Holdings Limited (01417.HK) announced that independent non-executive director Mr. Shu Huadong has been appointed as Lead Independent Non-Executive Director, effective April 28, 2026. The role of Lead Independent Non-Executive Director is not an executive position and does not involve any management duties within the Company or its subsidiaries. The appointment was made in response to amendments to the Listing Rules and the Corporate Governance Code.
