Globe Telecom Completes US$426 Million Perpetual Capital Securities Repurchase, Remaining Outstanding Amount Approximately US$174 Million
NewTimeSpace News: On April 23, 2026, Globe Telecom, Inc. announced that the cash tender offer for its US$600 million 4.2% senior perpetual capital securities expired at 4:00 p.m. (London time) on April 22, 2026.
The announcement stated that the aggregate principal amount of Securities validly tendered and accepted for purchase is US$426,423,000. The Settlement Date for the Tender Offer is expected to be on or about April 24, 2026. Each Securityholder that validly tendered their Securities and which the Issuer is accepting for purchase will receive the applicable Tender Price and Accrued Distribution Payment on the Settlement Date. Following the settlement of the Tender Offer, the aggregate principal amount of the Securities that will remain outstanding will be approximately US$174 million. Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc acted as the Dealer Manager for the Tender Offer, and Sodali & Co Limited acted as the Tender and Information Agent.
