Ascott is working with Accenture to design the foundational architecture for a next-generation AI-driven travel ecosystem, enabling seamless communication across its core systems. Together with Amadeus, Ascott is implementing a central reservations system to enable attribute-based inventory definition and distribution. Through its collaboration with EHL, Ascott is developing training programs to build internal certified trainers and enhance employee capabilities in AI application.
Ascott stated that since its launch in 2023, Cubby, Ascott's digital concierge, has handled over 900,000 guest enquiries. In the future, Cubby will evolve from a travel companion into a personal travel agent, moving from conversation to itinerary orchestration and booking completion.
