Marco Polo Marine Exercises Employee Share Options, Issues 177,000 New Shares

NewTimeSpace News, Marco Polo Marine (Singapore) announced on April 9 that it has issued 177,000 new shares at an exercise price of S$0.067 per share pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the 2024 Employee Share Option Scheme. The new shares will be listed and quoted on the SGX-ST on April 10.

NewTimeSpace News: April 9, 2026,Marco Polo Marine announced that the company has allotted and issued 177,000 new ordinary shares at an exercise price of S$0.067 per share pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the Marco Polo Marine Ltd. Employee Share Option Scheme (2024).

Following the issuance, the total number of issued ordinary shares of Marco Polo Marine increased from 3,906,819,000 shares to 3,906,996,000 shares.
