AcroMeta Signs Joint Venture Agreement to Advance Commercialization of AI Global Trade Platform "ZhiMao"

NewTimeSpace News:April 2, 2026,AcroMeta announced that it has signed a definitive joint venture agreement with Ms. Wan Qian to formalize the joint venture plan previously announced on December 1, 2025. The joint venture will be conducted through AcroMeta Lifestyle Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of AcroMeta, to develop, operate and commercialize "ZhiMao", an AI-powered global trade operating system.

Under the joint venture agreement, the paid-up capital of the joint venture company will be increased by S$500000, with S$200000 to be contributed by AcroMeta and S$300000 by Ms. Wan Qian. AcroMeta stated that the joint venture will enable the Group to expand into AI-driven digital commerce and global trade technologies, and diversify its business portfolio with Ms. Wan Qian’s expertise and network in cross-border trade and e-commerce operations.
