AcroMeta Terminates Proposed Disposal of Subsidiary Acro Harvest Engineering

NewTimeSpace News,On April 1, according to a disclosure filed with the Singapore Exchange, AcroMeta will not proceed with the proposed disposal of Acro Harvest Engineering, and the related binding term sheet has been terminated and withdrawn.

NewTimeSpace News: On April 1, 2026, AcroMeta disclosed that, following further discussions between the parties, it has decided not to proceed with the proposed disposal of its wholly-owned subsidiary Acro Harvest Engineering Pte. Ltd., for which a binding term sheet was entered into on February 5, 2026. The term sheet has accordingly been terminated and withdrawn.

AcroMeta stated that Acro Harvest Engineering remains a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and will continue its operations as part of the Group.
